Full-Time Positions:

Manufactured Precision Feedthrough Products, Inc (MPF Products, Inc.) Headquartered in Gray Court, SC specializes in the design and manufacture of electrical feedthroughs and viewports, utilizing the latest in ceramic-to-metal seal technologies.

MPF Products works with many of the top scientist and engineers across the globe.  We are looking for a creative Process Engineer to work on all manufacturing stages; from order entry, through production, QC and shipping.  The main job function is to optimize the processes used in the manufacturing of ceramic-to-metal solutions and optical assemblies for harsh environment applications.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve production process performance
  • Work with Operations and Production Managers to optimize routings and job-flow
  • Fully utilize and implement the tools in the ERP system
  • Collaborate with engineering team in resolving production issues 
  • Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results
  • Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
  • Create, alter and modify work instructions to meet requirements and to eliminate failures
  • Solicit observations from technicians
  • Support QMS through corrective action of repeated failures

 

Skills

  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks 3D design software preferred.
  • Hands-on involvement in the manufacturing environment
  • Creativity and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
  • Technical writing skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
  • Entry-Level or Experienced engineers will both be considered.
