MPF Products Inc. produces UHV Re-Entrant Viewports. These specific viewports are perfect for allowing you to introduce cameras or other customer specific tools into the vacuum chamber. MPF can customize our UHV Re-Entrant Viewports to be customer specific in regards to length, size, window material, mounting material and specified coatings wavelengths when needed.
MPF Products, Inc. does not approve the use of ultrasonic cleaning for any viewport. We ship our viewports UHV ready. You may simply blow off the glass to remove any contaminants with clean, dry air.
