At MPF Products, we are committed to ensuring the quality of every component that leaves our facility. Our investment into our second clean room illustrates this commitment well. Our new 256 square foot, ISO Class 7 clean room effectively doubles our total clean room capacity, and allows us to continue to provide our customers with optical components that are absolutely free of contaminants.
Ultra-high vacuum systems operate at pressures where even microscopic contamination can compromise performance, introduce outgassing, or cause catastrophic seal failure. For components that must maintain helium leak rates as low as 1×10⁻⁹ cc/sec and survive aggressive bake-out cycles, surface cleanliness isn’t optional — it’s essential.
