Coatings and Applications

We offer a large selection of coatings and applications for our UHV viewports. Our methods include Evaporation, E-Beam, Ion Assist, and High Energy Plasma.  Anti-Reflective, Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), Broadband (BBAR), V-Coat, Dual AR, Multi-Band AR, and Reflective Coatings can all be processed on any of the viewport offerings.  Please call or e-mail us to discuss your specific application with one of our sales representatives.

MPF Products, Inc. does not approve the use of ultrasonic cleaning for any viewport.  We ship our viewports UHV ready.  You may simply blow off the glass to remove any contaminants with clean, dry air.  For additional cleaning steps for particulates or contamination from other processes, please review our cleaning procedures at UHV Viewport Cleaning Notes.

  • UHV Viewport, DUV Grade (Laser) Fused Silica, Zero Length Profile, Dual AR Coated at 532nm and 1064nm Both Sides, 1.42" View Dia, 2.75" Conflat Flange

    Nd:Yag Laser (5)

    Our viewports which are designed for common ND:Yag laser uses, come with single AR coatings of 1064nm & 532nm, as well as dual AR coatings with both.
  • UHV Viewport, DUV Grade (Laser) Fused Silica, Zero Lenth Profile, w/ AR Coating for 808nm, .63" View Dia, 1.33" Conflat Flange

    Diode Laser (14)

    Diode Laser Viewports come in a variety of AR & BBAR coatings ranging from 425-760nm BBAR, to single AR 1550nm coatings.
  • He-Ne Laser

    He-Ne Laser (5)

    Designed for He-Ne lasers, these Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) viewports come with broadband AR coatings at 8-12 microns.
  • Geochronology

    Geochronology (10)

    Geochronology Viewports are often used in geochronological applications. Our differentially pumped viewports utilize specialty materials such as Cleartran (ZnS) & Zin Selenide (ZnSe) along with BBAR coatings at 8-12 microns. 
  • UHV Viewport, EUV Grade (Laser) Fused Silica w/ Single AR Coating @ 248nm R < 0.25% Per Surface, 2.70" View Diameter, 4.50" Conflat Flange

    KrF Laser (2)

    Our KrF laser viewports are our highest laser grade (EUV). They are coated with an AR coating at 248nm for a reflectance less than 0.25% per surface.

    ArF Laser (2)

    Our EUV ArF Laser grade viewports are coated with a single AR coating at 193nm. 
  • Broadband AR Coatings

    MPF’s viewports come in a variety of standard Broadband AR Coatings and frequency ranges. These include 425-760nm, 550-1100nm, & 225-450nm, and allow for a wider range of uses.
