MPF has multiple ceramic-to-metal designs for Baseplate Feedthroughs. We braze and weld them into 304 Stainless Steel 1” OD bolts in-house. These bolts next become compressed against the wall of the vacuum/pressure vessel using an elastomer style O-ring.
Baseplate Feedthroughs are typically used in High Vacuum deposition and coating applications where a quick disconnect mounting system is preferred. MPF offers these units in High Voltage, High Amperage, Multipin, Thermocouple, and Coaxial designs to meet all your system needs.
